January savings for NET Annual Season Tickets

Anyone who purchases an Annual Season Ticket for travel on Nottingham Express Transit during the month of January will be able to get big savings with the cost reduced by £225 to £450. This will give those who take advantage of the deal tram travel for the next 12 months for less than the price of a cup of coffee each day!

Adult Annual Season Tickets usually cost £675 but this January deal will see it only cost £450. It must be purchased between 1st January and 31st January 2024 and this can be done either on the NETGO! app, at the NET Travel Centre or on the NET website.

Alison Sweeney, Head of Marketing at NET, said: “The festive period is often the most expensive time of the year for many, and coupled with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, there are many across the city who are feeling the pinch more than ever right now. Our new January offer will mean the thousands of tram users who rely on our network to travel for work, days out and more, will be able to do so for much less, allowing them to put those extra funds to good use elsewhere.”

The good news of this special deal is countered though with the same press release mentioning at the end that from Monday 8th January ticket prices will be increasing across the board. This includes an adult single ticket going up to £3.20 (was £3.00) and an Adult Day Ticket will be £5.30 (was £5.00).
