Around the World in Trams: Gothenburg 836

We have one final photo to share with you from a trip to Gothenburg in 2011 as part of our “Around the World in Trams” series.

This view is looking across to Brunnsparken in central Gothenburg where we see two trams coupled together working a service on line 2. This route runs for 12.9km between Hogsbotorp and Molindal with 27 stops and a roughly 40 minute tram ride. The tram on the right is a Hagglund M29, number 836 which is still part of the operating fleet today.
