Chase the Tram charity event in Nottingham

Saturday 18th September will see around 30 runners taking on the Chase the Tram challenge in Nottingham to help raise vital funding for the Rainbows Hospice which looks after terminally ill children.

Starting at 1000 from Clifton South, participants will follow the route of the tram into the city centre. Nottingham Express Transit have sponsored the medals and are also allowing free travel up to Clifton South for the start of the race.

Stephanie Moss-Pearce, NET Marketing Manager, said: “Last year’s event was a huge success and we’re delighted to be involved again. Rainbows does a fantastic job of supporting families going through such a difficult time and we hope to be able to help Regina and Paul to raise a great total for the cause.  We’d love to see as many people as possible along the route on Saturday. If you are out and about, please give our runners a cheer and donate whatever you can to support the work of Rainbows.”
