Discounted travel to Nottingham Castle available with a NET Event Ticket

Anyone travelling to the recently reopened and revamped Nottingham Castle can now enjoy discounted tram travel with the NET Event Ticket now available for a return trip to the Castle which has seen a £30 million transformation over the past three years.

The Event Ticket costs £2.50 and provides a return trip on the tram network (a usual adult single is £2.40 with day tickets £4.20) – it can be purchased from ticket machines on the day of travel or in advance at the same time as you book your admission ticket to Nottingham Castle at https://www.nottinghamcastle.org.uk/.

Stephanie Moss-Pearce, NET Marketing Manager, said: “We’re really excited about the reopening of Nottingham Castle and delighted that Nottingham Castle Trust have come on board with us as an event ticket partner. This means that people choosing to travel to the Castle by tram can benefit from a significant discount. All they need to do is buy their ticket through the Castle website and make sure they have their Castle and NET event ticket to hand or on their phone when travelling, should they be asked by a travel officer.”
