Service changes ahead for NET

Two events taking place in Nottingham over the next few weeks will see changes to Nottingham Express Transit services. Both the Robin Hood Half Marathon (Sunday 25th September) and the Goose Fair (Wednesday 5th to Sunday 9th October) will see service amendments in place.

Robin Hood Half Marathon – Sunday 25th September

Phoenix Park to Clifton South service – unaffected

Hucknall to Toton Lane – services will run as normal until 1000 after which the service will be split until approximately 1230 to allow runners to cross the tracks near to Gregory Street. Services will run Toton Lane to University Boulevard and Hucknall to Meadows Way West with a frequent tram shuttle between University Boulevard and Queens Medical Centre. No trams will run from Queens Medical Centre to Meadows Way West. The NCT 36 bus service will accept NET tickets between Beeston Interchange and Meadows Way West.

Goose Fair – Wednesday 5th to Sunday 9th October

A normal service will run throughout the day but extra trams will run at least every 10 minutes after 2100. The Forest Park and Ride site will also be closed from Saturday 1st to Wednesday 12th October.
