General Notes:
When originally delivered these trams were semi-open with upeer half of the windows permanently open, wooden seating, sliding roof, second hand electrical equipment and no partition behind the driver. They were enclosed in Summer 1942 and also had partitions added to aid troop movements during the war. 1948/9 saw the start made on fitting the trams with the new Vambac equipment and they were used on the Marton route until closure, hence their name.
