Railcoach 678 and Balloon 710 could be the first two trams to be restored for operation on a new heritage tramway in Fleetwood if ambitious plans come to fruition. On 20th June 2015 the two trams are seen at the Fleetwood Heritage Leisure Trust’s Wyre Dock facility with Balloon 726 – now at Rigby Road – for company. (Photograph by Gareth Prior)
