![]() We go back very nearly 20 years for this first image as we feature Glasgow 1100 on the classic stored tram location at Crich - the Traverser. This image was taken on 12th June 2005 and the tram was being brought out for display, it would leave the site at Crich later the same year for storage at Clay Cross. And that is where it has remained ever since. Although it did run at Crich in the early years it was withdrawn from service in 1976 and since then had been confined to static display. Note that the tram is fitted with a diamond pantograph. |
