Last week’s British Trams Online Tram of the Year contest saw Edinburgh Trams voted in to win the two “modern tram” categories. As well as being named “Tramway (Modern) of the Year”, 258 also got the most votes in the “Tram (Modern) of the Year” having been the first tram to run on the Newhaven extension.
