The Completely Random A-Z of Trams in the British Isles! Q is for Queue

q-gp

And the queue we feature comes from the Crich Tramway Village – and if you’ve ever been to a Tramathon, Enthusiasts Day or Tram Day/Weekend this is a scene you will be well used to. With a large number of trams in service they all queue up at Stephenson Place waiting to be called forward to the Town End loading stop. On this particular occasion, Blackpool & Fleetwood 2 was at the back of the queue and in front of it was London County Council 106, Metropolitan Electric Tramways 331, Paisley 68 and Chesterfield 7.
