We could have used any countless number of photos to cover this letter but have gone back to 2006 for a photo of the tramway showing how in its later years it become the home of the advertising livery. Two of the iconic streamlined trams of the 1930s are used to illustrate this with 1934 Balloon 723 in an advert for McDonald’s and 1937 built Brush 630 in an ad for Karting 2000 at Pleasure Beach when both trams were working specials.
