Two photos as part of today’s article as we see the tram as 20 and 5. In this shot we see it not long after arrival at Crich in 1965 when it remained as Grimsby & Immingham 20. It was being used as a source of compressed air for a pneumatic drill to break through the rocks just below the surface of the ground. Unfortunately, the drill used the air quicker than the compressor on the tram could generate it! (Photograph by Keith Chadbourne)
