With its three platform layout and the majority of routes travelling through it (just The Trafford Centre line doesn’t run through the stop in normal operations) Deansgate-Castlefield is an excellent location to capture the majority of the Manchester Metrolink fleet. And when this image was captured we have trams coming in all directions. 3130+3138 are heading out of the city with a service to East Didsbury (3138 had only been in service for a few days at this point in time) just as 3114 arrives at the stop on its way to Shaw & Crompton.
