| Picture of the Week photos archive 2016 |
 Tuesday 8th March 2016 saw the departure from Midland Metro of T69 11 for storage at Long Marston. Having been reliveried into a special livery to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the closure of Birmingham Corporation Tramways in 2013 the tram had become something of a celebrity in its last few years but that wasn't enough to save it from the axe.
