| Gallery 963: Around the World in Trams Special - Western Railway Museum, Rio Vista |
 A type of tram which is no stranger to the pages of this website - a Blackpool Boat car a long way from home! This is 226 which arrived in San Francisco in 1971. Although the Western Railway Museum is its home it did run on the Market Street operation in San Francisco during the 1983 Trolley Festival and then returned to the museum during 1985. The car is currently out of service. In this view we see the interior of the tram in the car barn. |
