Gallery 960: Isle of Man - July 2021

This set of photos heads over the Irish Sea to the Isle of Man and features both the Manx Electric Railway and Snaefell Mountain Railway. With both lines still operating a limited service with no trams on either Mondays or Thursdays we see the sights of a week period at the end of July, in the lead up to the Mini Manx Heritage Transport Festival. On the Snaefell Mountain Railway 2, 4 and 5 - three different liveries - had control of the service while on the MER it was mainly Tunnel Cars and Winter Saloons as the motors with 1 also making appearances before it suffered a controller fault. This collection also heads to the Queen's Pier in Ramsey where "Planet" made an appearance during its reopening ceremony.
