Gallery 947: Around the World in Trams Special - Hiroshima Electric Railway


905 - a 900 series tram which was withdrawn in 2016 - with a route 3 service for Nishi Hiroshima (the tramway terminus where the interurban route to Miyajima starts) as it crosses the bridge at the point where the rivers Ota and Motoyasu branch off. Of note in this 7th April 1999 photo is visible above the tram is the steel work of the Atomic Bomb Dome.
