Gallery 874: Sandtoft Trolleybus Museum 50th Anniversary - 25th August 2019


One of the most striking liveries on show was that of South Shields 204 - a rare example of a trolleybus with its motor mounted beneath the driver's cab, rather than under the floor. The colour scheme is similar to that of Oporto tram 196 at Beamish which represents that operator's trams, sadly none of which were preserved.
