| Gallery 863: Picture in Time Special - Midland Metro 22nd April 2004 |
 In this image we see 01 at Wednesbury Great Western Street as it operates through to Birmingham Snow Hill. This tram would end up being the first of the T69s to be officially withdrawn with this happening just over two years later in the autumn 2006 - around eight and a half years after it was delivered to Wednesbury, a time that can only be compared to some of the last trams to be introduced on some first generation tramways shortly before abandonment. |
