Gallery 777: Manchester Metrolink Trafford Park extension - 4th December 2018

Work is continuing on the construction of the latest Manchester Metrolink extension - the 5.5km line leaving the current Eccles line at Pomona through to the Trafford Centre. In this collection we take a look at the locations where good progress has been made recently including the start of construction of some of the platforms at the six new stops due to be built. Work will now be continuing on the extension ahead of its planned opening in 2020.
