Gallery 595: Beamish Power from the Past - 5th & 6th March 2016

The first enhanced weekend of transport operation at Beamish took place on 5th and 6th March with the main emphasis being on the tramway. The undoubted highlight was the launch into service of visiting Blackpool Standard 147 following its recent arrival from Blackpool but the weekend also gave the chance to see progress on the restoration of Sheffield 264 which should itself enter service shortly.
