| Gallery 480: Manchester Metrolink Construction Update - August 2014 |
 At Deansgate-Castlefield the new inbound platform has now been brought into use. All inbound trams are now stopping at what will become the middle turnback face of the island platform opposite the outbound platform. This view shows the new platform on Tuesday 26th August, which was the first day it was in use. |
