Gallery 469: Midland Metro - May & June 2014

The Midland Metro system - which runs between Birmingham Snow Hill and Wolverhampton St George's - is starting to go through a period of transition with the original T69 vehicles starting to come to the end of their lives as the new CAF built Urbos3 trams start to arrive and undergo testing. This collection of photos mainly shows the T69s in action across the network but also contains some images of the Urbos3s during evening testing and driver training. Also included are some photos taken on 30th May 2014 - the 15th anniversary of the start of operations on Midland Metro.
