Manchester Metrolink - March 2026

This is part two of a collection of photos taken on Manchester Metrolink in the latter half of March 2026. Once again we go to various locations on the network as we take advantage of a quiet Sunday morning to view 2CC whilst Exchange Square was a temporary terminus because of engineering works on the Rochdale line. There are then trips onto the Bury and Ashton lines before there is a quick trip to Altrincham. The second day featured in this collection goes out onto the Manchester Airport line and then we're onto the Altrincham line again after a brief stop around St Werburgh's Road. We then finish with photos taken on the line to Ashton and around Piccadilly Station. Photographer: Gareth Prior
Photographs were taken on Sunday 22nd & Monday 23rd March 2026.
