Once trams leave Broadway and head towards Eccles there is a significant amount of on-street running. This includes Eccles New Road where if you're lucky and other traffic doesn't get in your way you can get shots of the trams running along the road. And that is what has happened in this photo as we see a double unit formed of 3089+3141 with a service to Ashton. 3089 is one of two trams to carry this advert promoting Trafford Palazzo, part of the Trafford Centre and also the name of a tramstop following the renaming of Barton Dock Road.
