| Around the World in Trams: Seashore Trolley Museum - October 2025 |
![]() We now move away from the UK trams and in this image we see New Orleans 966 in operation. This is one of 173 cars which were built by Perley Thomas and J.G.Brill between 1922 and 1925. After 40 years of use it was withdrawn in 1964 and donated to the Heart of Dixie Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society. In 1982 it made its way to Seashore and is now resident at the National Streecar Museum at Lovell where it is used in service. |
