 We start off just before the first parade, a parade which would feature cars from the City of Pittsburgh as well as West Penn Railways 832. We start off as the vehicles start to come out with a picture of ?Pittsburgh Railways 4145 coming out of the Trolley Display building, heading towards staging on the McClane School Loop. |
