 As well as the operating trams the first day of the event - 15th April 2010 - saw what was, at the time, a rare outside appearance for Sheffield 264. The tram had been withdrawn from service in 2003 needing an overhaul and some seven years later this was still awaited. The tram was used on a photo charter before the museum opened and was then moved under its own power into the Town for display. We see the tram here at Foulbridge as it prepares for its move along the line. |
