706's loan was only a very short-term one with it spending its time in a special compound as it couldn't be accommodated in the depot. The day after the event - Monday 22nd November 2010 - saw it head back to Blackpool and in this view we see Princess Alice on the back of a Scotts low loader ahead of its trip back home. The tram would continue to operate in Blackpool until 2015 as part of the heritage fleet but was then withdrawn requiring works attention. For various reasons this has yet to start to earnest and the popular tram remains sidelined in Rigby Road Depot.
