Around the World in Trams: The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum Trolley Fair 2022 Part 1

This strange small vehicle is West Penn Railways 1 - a switching locomotive. Built back in 1915 it was originally built to standard gauge but was later converted to Pennsylvania Trolley gauge. Withdrawn in 1958 it was then moved to the Trolley Museum. After heading past the assesmbled photographers it was stabled on track 11 in front of the Founder's Carbarn (Carbarn 1) on display.
