Before the museum operates any trolleys, or any day that they do, an inspection run is undertaken over the mainline tracks and the two loops. The purpose of this is to inspect for any track defects, wire defects or any other issue that would prevent service. Ahead of the Trolley Fair Philadelphia Suburban Transportation Company (Red Arrow Lines) 14 to performed this role.
