| 20 Years in 20 Photos - Blackpool Tramway |
![]() Just two days later on 5th September 2006 and we are on New South Promenade where we see Balloon 710 working north to Cleveleys. This is the pre-upgrade tramway when the track was still set in block paving. The tram is approaching Harrow Place and is seen in one of the Metro Coastlines liveries. The tram still carries this livery although it hasn't run since 2007. Its recently been in the news as its been acquired for display at Tramtown and will soon head back to Rugby Road from its long-term storage in Wyre Dock. |
