 The second nominee for the "Tram (Traditional) of the Year" is Blackpool Balloon 723 which received a vinyl wrap all over advert during November to allow it to play the role of The Magical Express Tour - taking us back to the old days of the Blackpool Tramway when all over adverts on Balloon Cars was a regular occurence.
