Two trams starred at the Great North Steam Fair held at Beamish between 11th and 14th April so it was always going to be a tough decision as to which of them got the front page image this week - in the end we tossed a coin for it! This view shows the Tramway Museum Society's Blackpool & Fleetwood 40 heading around the museum on 13th April with its replica destination blind set for Ash Street Fleetwood. All trams proved popular over the weekend with the majority of journeys to capacity showing why the trams at Beamish are the hardest working heritage trams in the country.
