Gallery 899: Picture in Time Special - Midland Metro June 2005

This collection is again going back into the archives as we visit Midland Metro in June 2005. This was when the line ran from the original Birmingham Snow Hill terminus through to Wolverhampton St George's using the T69 trams. With 07 in use as a Christmas Tree at the time there were 15 available trams to run the service with both 01 and 02 still serviceable although even though the former was in service on this day it seems to avoided my camera! All trams were in the original livery and we take a look at a selection of them in service at both ends of the line as well as at popular locations Priestfield and Wednesbury Parkway.
