Gallery 891: Picture in Time Special - Nottingham Express Transit June 2005

In this latest dip into the archives we head back to June 2005 for photos taken over several days in the June of Nottingham Express Transit. By this time NET had been running for over a year and the service had settled down nicely with trams running from the Station Street terminus to both Hucknall and Phoenix Park. The 15 Bombardier built Incentro trams were in charge of all services with the majority of these in the original fleet livery although there were also a couple of examples which retained all over adverts at this time. As with many of these earlier galleries we have featured the locations photos were taken was rather limited with Station Street, Lace Market and Old Market Square featuring extensively although we do also heads to the other end of the line at Hucknall and Phoenix Park as well as Wilkinson Street.
