This visit to Prague commences on 25th February 2020 and shows 9132 crossing the Vlatva River on Chechcuv Most with a line 17 service towards the city centre. This tram, in the current livery of this type - silver and red - is one of a fleet of 57 Skoda 14Ts which were originally built between 2006 and 2009 in the Czech Republic. The entire class were taken out of service after issues were discovered with corrosion on the crossbars where the sections are joined. Three of the class were scrapped (9165 after a fatal accident, 9112 and 9163) and it looks as if a fourth (9127) may follow suit in the near future. A number of the remaining trams have been entirely rebuilt and when this work has been undertaken they receive this revised livery as seen in the above photo as well as losing the facing seats to replaced with back to back seating, making them far more popular with the travelling public.
