Gallery 840: Blackpool Tramway Flexity 2s - September 2019

A couple of months ago we brought you a collection of photos taken during the September Spectacular weekend in Blackpool concentrating on the heritage side of operations and now we go back to the end of September and feature the Flexity 2 trams going about their daily business. Running for 362 days of the year these Bombardier built trams operate the core service between Starr Gate and Fleetwood in all weathers and this collection takes a look at them doing just that! Included are the three trams carrying advertising liveries - 001 (Merlin Atttractions), 003 and 016 (both the latter two advertise Pretty Little Thing.com). Photographer: Gareth Prior
