Gallery 824: Rigby Road Open Day - 25th August 2019 |
Sunday 25th August saw the first full blown Open Day at Blackpool's Rigby Road Depot allowing the public access to trams rarely seen out in the open with some unique photo line-ups and the chance for behind the scenes tours. The front of the depot saw all five surviving illuminated feature cars on display whilst out on the depot fan stored cars Coronation 304, Brush 634 and Jubilee 761 were all positioned allowing visitors access on board. Bolton 66 was also out on the fan with the chance available to turn the trolley. This collection features the above plus a few views into the tram depot and of trams on the behind the scenes tours. |
