The 125th Anniversary events may have ended but in this collection we take a look at a few more sights on the Isle of Man over the next day and a bit. We start off on Sunday 9th September and after a brief trip on the Isle of Man Steam Railway we return to Douglas and the first tram we capture - Toastrack 12! With fine weather having returned the Toastrack was assigned to service and proved popular with passengers wanting an open tram ride along the Prom. On the MER it was the last day for 2018 of timetable D and although neither advertised special tram was in operation (the world's oldest trams are due to run along with a Crossbench) there were still five trams in service before the final trip on this timetable was operated by 6 single motor from Derby Castle to Ramsey and back. We then conclude our look at the Isle of Man with a few photos taken before a flight home around Derby Castle - with timetable C now in operation (needing only four car sets) it was all single motor (although trailer 57 was on standby at Derby Castle if needed) but there was also some extra interest. Crossbench 16 and Van 4 were noted preparing to head north whilst Douglas Bay Horse Tramway 27 was hand shunted at the car sheds allowing the recent progress on its overhaul to be seen. And that is where we end our look at the Isle of Man at the end an incredible week celebrating the 125th anniversary of the Manx Electric Railway.
