Blackpool Tramway - September 2026

In this collection we are off to the Blackpool Tramway for a selection of images taken in late September 2026. Images show many of the modern Flexity2 trams in service along the 11-mile long tramway, from Starr Gate in the south to Fleetwood in the north, and lots of parts in between!

During this visit 012 made its debut in a new livery with it having recently been wrapped in a green and cream livery to replace its damaged purple and white (which was damaged when previous advertising vinyls were removed). Alongside 012 we see four others not in standard fleet colours with 011 (Tenpin), 014 (Elite Competitions), 015 (Central Beach Leisure) and 016 (Coral Island) all carrying full advertising liveries. We also see 001 (Blackpool Zoo) and 013 (Hole in the Wand) which have partial advertising liveries.

There is also time for a quick visit down to Rigby Road Depot where we take a look to the main tram shed at the trams which remain stored there.
