Its not all American cars which are in operation at Rockhill as they also have Compania Carris de Ferro de Porto 172 which is seen here approaching Car Barn 2. This is an example of a four wheel J.G. Brill trolley design from the early years of the Twentieth Century (this one being built in 1929). When such a car could not be located in the United States, the Rockhill Trolley Museum reached out to Portugal for this example. It was acquired and imported into the United States during 1967, arriving in operating condition. It was extensively overhauled during 2005.
