This small collection of photos heads to Beamish - The Living Museum of the North to see some of the transport around the museum on a normal opening Saturday in May 2025.

With the sun shining the museum was busy on this day and saw a three-tram service in operation with the high capacity trio of Sunderland 16, Blackpool 31 and Sheffield 264 in action. The advantages of a normal opening day over an event day is that trams run both clockwise and anti-clockwise and so we see trams going both ways round. There is also the chance to take a quick look into the depot where work continues on returning Gateshead 10 to service.

As well as the trams there are also some glimpses of the buses which now complement the trams in transporting people around the museum site.
