20 Photos of... Midland Metro T69s


We now move forward to 22nd September 2014 and we're at The Hawthorns for this shot of 16. Engineering works meant Priestfield was as close to Wolverhampton as it would get. This is the T69 which remains most visible as in November 2023 it returned from Long Marston to go to the Very Light Rail Innovation Centre in Dudley where it will be used as a test tram. This was to be the last T69 which ran in service when it was withdrawn on 14th August 2015. After some suggestions it could become an engineering vehicle it eventually moved to Long Marston on 19th August 2019.
