 The rain has come down now as we see 11 on the final approach to Wolverhampton St George's. In August 2013 11 received this livery to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Birmingham Corporation Tramways closing which immediately made it a bit of a celebrity. So much so that it was due to be preserved but after being sent to Long Marston for storage (March 2016 after withdrawal December 2014) it was sent for scrap at Sims in Newport in July 2022. |
