For the first since 2006, 2015 saw a tram when the contest which had no connection to Blackpool! That tram was Liverpool 245 which was the most popular of six trams of the shortlist getting almost 42% of the votes. Its victory came following its return to service in the September after an extensive restoration - this was the first time it had run since 1958. On 4th October 2015 we see the tram at Shore Road on the Wirral Heritage Tramway - this was its first Wirral Bus & Tram Show.
