 Having missed its debut date in September 2021, Blackpool Balloon 700 in its new coat of wartime green and cream finally made a public debut during December. First used on a Private Hire, it was then hired by the Fylde Tramway Society for the return of their annual Christmas Tour on 28th December 2021.
