20 Years in 20 Photos - Crich Tramway Village |
![]() On 1st September 2018 we are at Wakebridge where we get three trams for the price of one. Two are long-standing members of the operational fleet (Sheffield 510 and Leeds 180) but the closest tram to the camera is one which is currently out of service - Blackpool & Fleetwood 2. As with Southampton 45 this tram was withdrawn from being a regular member of the operational fleet in 2012 so that it was ready to play a major starring role in Electric 50 in 2014 and 2 would also return to service for one day only in 2018 to help celebrate its 120th anniversary. |
