West Midlands Metro - 29th September 2022

This gallery features photos from a day spent on the West Midlands Metro. The original purpose of this visit was to sample the extension between Library and Edgbaston Village - but a few days before the visit it was announced it would be temporarily closed with the Conservative Party Conference taking place which also afforded the opportunity to do some works on the route along Broad Street. Nevertheless there was still the rest of the line to enjoy and in this collection we do just that!

Photos are included at various stops on the line and we see a mixture of repaired Urbos3 trams and the newer Urbos100 trams in service. In addition 37 is out on driver training/testing and there is a little but of shunting at the depot.
