8601 is another Tatra T6A5 (being the first of the class) and is one of only three remaining serviceable examples from a batch of 150. 8702 is in the museum and 8750 is also part of the heritage fleet (as seen in the previous photo). Some have been scrapped and many have been sold on, a lot to Ukraine and we have all seen the terrible destruction to buildings and also the trams. A poignant photograph of ex-Prague 8684 has appeared in the press having been part of the bombing of the tram depot in Kharkhiv. There are still some parked up in the yard at Hloubetin and are awaiting sale.
